i had a great stay at the general palmer. the location was perfect, just steps away from shops and restaurants. the front desk staff, especially jessie, was super friendly and helpful. the free breakfast was a nice touch too! i loved the clean atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the lobby to my room.

I loved the unique old-style elevator – such a quirky feature! Breakfast was tasty too, with a cozy atmosphere to enjoy my meal. I did notice that breakfast options ran out quickly. There also seemed to be limited staff, making the experience a bit hectic at times. The front desk didn't mention that some rooms don’t have windows beforehand, which caught me off guard. Despite that, everything else made up for it, so I'm glad I stayed here.
